Ouch! Ran the Forest Park 4 miler yesterday. Came in 54/179 with a time of 29:34 (7:24/mile) Sadly, that put me in 8th in my age group of 20-29. I ran the second part of the race through the trails following the 2nd place female finisher in the 20-29 range, praying to God I could keep up! I also won a barbie doll! Don't ask! Must keep training!
