Today was an interesting day. I went early to the doctors office and had my echo cardiogram. It is a sonogram for the heart. The strangest thing was the sound! As a child, you are always told your heart goes pitter-patter. It is strange to hear WHA-KOW WHA-KOW. It wasn't painful or took that long. I also left the doctors office with a little gift.

Besides that, I hit level 55 in WOW, enjoyed the beautiful weather at the park, went shopping and had a nice dinner with a friend. It sure was a productive day. Oh yeah, I found an awesome apartment online and called the lady for a viewing.

Anyhow, I'm tired. Sleep is needed.

It is hard to believe it has been 3 years since the first Alley Pond Park 5 mile race. Tomorrow will be my third time running this race and the first since my marathon. I look forward to running my guts out.

On a side note, the Jersey City move has been been postponed by a month! They haven't explained why, but that gives me an extra month of hunting. The nerd in me has a computer program running and scouring the Internet every hour looking for apartments. Once a new one becomes available, I immediately am made aware. Gangsta.

I hope everyone goes out and enjoys the nice weather. Though spring has just started, I am already dreading the coming winter. I plan to enjoy every minute of sunshine, I hope you do too.

What a wonderful day this turned out to be! Sometimes it is wonderful to just relish in the moment. Feeling great, I mean really great, doesn't come by too often. It is sure wonderful to just enjoy it, for however long it may last. I was a bit out of it today after last nights fun and craziness.

I dressed today in my normal winter weather running gear and was shocked to find out it was so warm outside. It was a tough long run, but the wonderful weather sure drove me to keep going. I know the next couple of days things are going to be bad, but I think the winter is GONE!!!

Next week is the big test. If I survive the downfall, things are going to move very, very fast. I hope to move to Jersey City ASAP. I have multiple other things I have planned, but it is a bit overwhelming to think about all of them.

I just need to survive. One week. One week that will decided it all...

My vacation is almost over. It was really nice to sleep in a do nothing but run and see movies. Oscar and I went to Staten Island to check out the Greenbelt. The Greenbelt is a string of forests, meadows, streams, ponds, hiking trails, parks and recreational areas - about 2,800 acres in all - across the heart of Staten Island.
Tomorrow is going to be very interesting. My sister and I are taking my nephew to the circus! May God have mercy on us!

What a great weekend this was. I had some good times with the gang this past Friday and I went to the park with my nephew yesterday. I really enjoyed myself; it definitely was a great start to my vacation.

Not sure what I am going to do the rest of the week. Today was a lazy Sunday. I just worked on an interesting project and ran my 11.5 miler. It is funny how I can call a weekend where I ran 11.5 miles "lazy."
Anyhow, I hope the weather improves. I think I will hit the mall tomorrow and see 300.
