Am I crazy, or dedicated? Mad, or inspiring? Hardcore, or looney?

I left the office yesterday after a brutal outage at 11pm. I'm normally in bed by 11pm.

So what did I do? Eat and have a beer? Go straight to bed? Play Age of Empires III? Of course not.

I laced up, tossed on my warm hat and logged 4 miles plus twenty minutes on the bike. I did cheat and listen to my ipod.

If I do nothing else, I am fine with that. I just need to get my run out of the way. Words I live by.
